Mwahaha

Look at it do it's thing. Sure it is not quite as playful as my Ball and Tail, but it is still pretty awesome. On a much more impressive note. I am done 'Animation Principles 1' with the hand in of this assignment.

So close..

The end of the semester is so close I can taste it. Just about hitting the 2 week mark, I receieved my final assignment for Storyboarding today. In 2 weeks I will be 1/8th of a graduated animator anda bachelor of applied arts. Some great accomplishments; I am finished character design, and just literally finished my box fold animation and bone drawings. 3 classes nocked off my list leaving a short and sweet Layout assignment, a somewhat interesting painting assignment, an in-class Digital assignment, an essay, and the storyboarding assignment all to do in 2 weeks. I got to see the new building at my school today. We will be moving into it second semester, purdy snazzy. Looking forward to year 2 when I get my own desk in the studio. The new building got me super excited to say the least. Wooo!

That is my rant, back to homework for me...

A Wii Distraction.

I have recieved a comment that I have not update in a while. I hope holds all my loyal viewers over for now. My life has been given a new distraction and I hve been quite a good boy about it using my time accordingly to get my homework done, though updates for my blog are slow. Expect some stuff like my updated Ball and Tail, Winter Fair, and Sky Paintings soon.

Until then, everyone, get your hands on the Wii if only for an hour. It is just lovely.

C+R Final Disastery..

So I had my exam for composition and rhetoric today. I hope it went well, though I have a gut feeling that it didn't. In favor of keeping this thing moving, I am posting my rocket ship layout and my background for my page flip for digital tools. I know I didnt get me Winter Fair stuff up yet. I am working on it.

I need to get back to homework, enjoy.

Ohgod, Ohgod!

Ball and Tail (First Attempt)

Add to My Profile | More Videos

I have some tweaking to do, hence "firstattempt".

Hungry, Tired, and Forest.

It is officially 3:04 AM on November 11th. I have spent the last many many hours animating my ball with tail getting very annoyed and ready to give up. 90 frames later and I am now actually content with the finished product. I will head to the school tomorrow for what will be the longest shoot ever (so it will seem) with hopefully little to no visable problems with my animation.
I plan on putting up some of my winter fair sketches tomorrow along with some gotrain sketches. For now though I give you a lovely "rough" of my final landscape painting for class. Took me about 40 minutes, rendered in guache.

Styching for an Evolution

Enzo asked for us to use "our Bugs Bunny" for our characters. It has been a long time since I have had a "Bugs Bunny", if I have even had one at all for that matter. I was working on a concept for a story/ video game (mainly in my head) and Stych was my hero, or sort-of anti-hero. I cannot remeber alot of the details, but I remember when I first got Prismacolour markers I started toying around with him. The first image you will see is him from my highschool years. I have not used him too much since that time. Now, 2006, I began to toy around with him for class to see if I could get anything respecatable. Have a look:

It Begins.

I am joining the trend that is blogspt, probably too late. It appears most of my peers, instructors and idols are on here. I should hop on this steadily moving trend, just like every other one.

Nothing to show yet. My apologies.
